20 Teaching them to observe all the things that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the world."2 Amen. [So, his true disciples are supposed to be teaching us to observe all his commands; but Christendom ignores all his commands. The disciples are not still alive on the earth waiting on the end of the world; this statement makes no sense, unless you realize the end of the world is a personal experience — as it was for the disciples — for they saw the end of the world. When you have been crucified, and the world has crucified to you, Gal 6:14, the world ends as you step into a different parallel dimension, the Kingdom of God which is within and around us. The world passes away from our sight when the Kingdom is entered. From the Word of the Lord within: "The world ends as you step into another dimension. You can live in heaven and still walk the earth."]

15 If you love me, you will obey my commands. [Obey the commands you hear Him speak to you from within your heart; the words He speaks to you from within you heart impart the life of God. John 6:63. To hear Him, you must wait, listen, and watch; then obey what He commands you to do — if you love Him.]

21 He who has my commands, and obeys them, it is he who loves me; and he who loves me shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will show myself to him."4 [Obey the commands you hear him speak to you from within your heart, and the words he speaks to you from within you heart impart the life of God, John 6:63; that life of God, Christ, grows within you, as his words are engrafted in your heart, until you become pure and see God in the face of Christ Jesus. Mat 5:8, 2 Cor 4:6.]

10 If you keep my commands [the commands you hear him speak to you from within your heart], you shall abide in my love;3 even as I have kept my Father's commands [that Jesus heard spoken to him], and abide in his love.

55 Yet you have not known him. But I know him; and if I should say, that I do not know him then I would be a liar like you. But I know him, and keep [obey] his teachings [and commands].

3 And by this we know that we know him: if we keep [obey] his commands. [The commands we hear as He speaks to us from within our heart; that is the word of faith that the Apostles preached.]

4 He who says, "I know him," and does not keep his commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

22 And whatever we ask we receive from him, because we observe [obey] his commands and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

24 He who keeps his commands dwells in him, and he in him. And we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he has given us.

2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commands.

Romans 7:9

Display Chapter and Footnotes

9 For I was alive apart from the law once; but when the commandments came, sin was alive again, and I died.4 [Paul, (when still a Jew), had been strictly observing the law of Moses; but then Paul began to hear more commands from the Spirit that were tailored to the circumstances of his life. These new commandments caused him to realize that sin was still alive in his body; sin was alive again. One then dies and becomes dead to the law by hearing the Spirit's many commands that restricts the fleshly mind, words, and actions; and if those spoken commands are heeded and obeyed, one gradually loses their fleshly life, dying daily, until their spirit and mind are crucified. Christ is then revealed in their body. The Lord condemns sin in your flesh by revealing it to you and commanding your repentance, (the commandment came); sin of which you are often not even aware, (sin lived); with your acknowledgement of His revelations being true, you obey His commands; by grace He then removes even the desire for that sin from your heart. This process is repeated, first with your actions, then your words, and then your thoughts; until you have crucified your carnal mind and sinful nature, (I died). Now you are free from the law, walking under total rule of the Lord to your thoughts, words, and deeds. (Through the law, I died to the law.)

From the Word of the Lord within: "There are no laws when you are under complete control of the spirit; you walk in love in obedience as prompted — you don't walk in restricted flesh."]
