1 John 4:1
1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but try the spirits to see whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.1 [The false prophets are those who did not have the patience to stay in the cross; and being tempted to preach before being perfected by the Spirit, they fell away from the true believers to go out into the world, teaching a different gospel and a different Jesus. John is warning the true Christian believers to beware of those who come dressed in sheep's clothing, claiming to be Christians, just as Jesus warned us about false prophets that would come, and so did Jude, and Paul, and Peter also warn us. They appear to be Christians, but deny the cross, deny the possibility of perfection, deny the possibility of union with Christ and the Father, promise liberty to those just beginning repentance, and promote lawlessness covered by what they call "grace."]
1 John 2:18-19
18 Little children, it is the last hour ; and as you have heard that antichrist will come, even now many antichrists have come. By this we know that it is the last hour. [An antichrist is anyone preaching or teaching whose thoughts, words, and deeds are not controlled by the anointing, which is Jesus to come into man's flesh in sufficient measure to guide and control his thoughts, words, and deeds — thus being a person's true Lord. You can call Him Lord and Master, but if you are still sinning you deny Him as Lord; even Judas called Him Lord and Master. The antichrists were believers who left them; from the Word of the Lord within: "they did not have patience." Ambitious to preach or teach, seeking their own glory, eager for income, still thinking their own thoughts, they went out as the many false prophets have gone out into the world. Even 2000 years ago, John said many antichrists had come, and Paul said many preached for financial gain as unruly, vain talkers, and deceivers.]
19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us; but they went out, so that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.4 [The antichrists were believers who left them, to preach or teach their vain opinions from their carnal minds and evil imaginations; from the Word of the Lord within: "they did not have patience." Without patience to endure the cross, suffering, and tribulation to the end, they went out as the many false prophets have gone out into the world, who tried to seduce the true Christians with their false gospel and false Jesus, promising liberty without the necessity of mortifying the sinful nature on the inward cross of self-denial. The ease of their false gospel became pervasive, until today all of Christendom ignores the Bible's many specific exclusions, the requirements, and the qualifying conditions of salvation. See Penington's writing on Babylon to understand more how the spirit of antichrist rules Christendom.]
2 John 1:7
7 For many deceivers have entered into the world, people who do not confess Jesus as Christ [the anointing] coming in their flesh. This is the deceiver and an antichrist.2 [An antichrist is anyone preaching or teaching whose thoughts, words, and deeds are not controlled by the anointing, which is Jesus to come into man's flesh in sufficient measure to guide and control his thoughts, words, and deeds — thus being a person's true Lord. You can call Him Lord and Master, but if you are still sinning you deny Him as Lord; even Judas called Him Lord and Master. |1 Timothy 4:1-2|
1 Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of demons,
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared as with a hot iron,
2 Timothy 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when men will not endure sound doctrine, but they will heap [accumulate in piles] to themselves teachers after their own lusts, who will say what their itching ears want to hear; [In Christianity today there are millions of blind-guide preachers and blind-guide teachers in the ditch, along with their billions of captive followers, whom they have led into the ditch; the blind guides' lies have been preached by so many for so long, their lies have become pervasive in all of Christianity. From the Word of the Lord within: "Just like Judaism was taken over by the enemy, so has Christianity, which is corrupt through and through. There is no church in the world that Christ set up specifically. Like Daniel, you are captive of the Chaldeans. Your place of worship is filled with unclean birds." (Unclean birds are fallen, corrupted angels — demons.)]
4 And they will turn their ears away from the truth, and will be turned to fables.1 [The whole world has been turned to the fables of make-believe Christianity, the Whore of Babylon, riding the beast of many names, with horns like a lamb; believing the fable of consequence-free sin through the transfer of the meaning of grace from the truth: that with repentance the Spirit of God commands us to deny lusts and ungodliness, as it purifies us to live a soberly, godly life in this present world —transferred instead to the twisted fable that grace excuses all past, present, and future sins in believers, thereby excusing believers to live in their lusts and pride as they please with no laws; which was predicted here and in Revelation. From the Word of the Lord within: "They have taken the Bible and made it an unholy thing used to justify their immersion in sin. The enemy is in all of Christianity. Everyone is expecting Jesus to be their excuse. Christianity has no idea who I am or what I stand for. People must stand the price for their very brazen behavior. All men are without excuse. If I were silent, they would have an excuse; every man has heard the call to repent. Do you agree with any who in their arrogance have stated that God excuses evil in believers? It's not fair, but they don't care."]
2 Corinthians 11:14-15
14 And no wonder, for Satan transforms himself into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers are also transformed [masquerading] as ministers of righteousness;3 whose end will be according to their works. [Yet these self-appointed ministers of Satan are deceived to believe they are Christ's, even though the were not taught by the Lord's voice and light, not perfected by the Lord, not gifted with an authorized ministry, not sent by the Lord, and not speaking words from the Spirit of the Lord. They cause their followers to go to destruction and perish because they preach a false Jesus that excuses continuation of sin; thus they cause people to not hear the wonderful promises of the true gospel: release and freedom from even the desire to sin, union with God and Christ, and entrance in the kingdom of God, while on earth and then forever.]
2 Peter 2:1-3,18-19
1 But just as there were false prophets among the people in those times, so there will be false teachers among you, who will subtly and elusively introduce destructive, distorted teachings, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring swift destruction upon themselves. [It is not what one says that makes Jesus their Lord or Master, but their deeds — disregard and disobedience of His teachings and commands denies him as Lord and Master. From the Word of the Lord within: "Remember, every person who sins denies Him as Lord and Master."]
2 And many will follow their destructive ways, and because of them the way of truth will be maligned.
3 And in their covetousness they will make merchandise of you with deceptive words; from long ago their judgment has not been idle, and their damnation has not slumbered.1 [For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, especially of the circumcision whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things they ought not to teach for filthy lucre's sake. Titus 1:10-11.]
18 For speaking great swelling words of vanity, they lure through the lusts of the flesh and much wantonness, those who were barely escaping from those who live in error. [To live in error is to live in sin.]
19 Although these false teachers promise them liberty, they themselves are the slaves of corruption [sin, immorality]; for by whatever a man is overcome, he is enslaved.4 [The blind guides of Christianity teach the liberty of consequence-free sin and there no need to bear the cross; but Jesus said, "Unless you repent, all of you will perish," Luke 13:3,5; and Paul said, "The wages of sin is death," Rom 6:23. From the Word of the Lord within: "I am against the shepherds, who have prophesied a false salvation. Consequence-free sin does not exist. There are many that deny the cross and all that is necessary." There is a liberty for a crucified son of God, freed from all sin, walking in the royal law of love and fulfilling the law; but until that occurs, you will be banned from heaven when you die.]
Romans 16:18
18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own bellies [lusts]; and by fair speaking and captivating language deceive the hearts of the simple.
