 1 Since many have undertaken to set in order a narration of the facts that have been fulfilled in us, [Notice, Luke does not name this writing a gospel; instead he calls it a narration. In the original Greek of this verse the Greek word is dihghsin, which means a narration. From the Word of the Lord within: "The gospel is not a book to be read; it is to be revealed in your heart."]
