Psalms 24:7-8

 7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors!2 That the King of glory may come in.

 8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

2 O you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors! So that the King of Glory may come in. Open up the door to your heart. Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any man hears me and opens the door, I will come in and sup with him. Rev 3:20. The Lord only makes his home in a purified heart and soul. He only comes to those who listen to him and obey him. Salvation only comes to those who give heed to him and obey him.

Listen to and obey My voice, and I will be your God and you will be My people; and walk in the whole way that I command you. Jer 7:23.

If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. John 14:23-24

He [Jesus] became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him. Heb 5:9.

Blessed are those who hear the word of God (within) and keeps it [obeys]. Luk 11:28.

But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 1 John 2:5.
