|Psalms 24 |
1 The earth is the LORD's, and all the fullness of it; the world and those who dwell in it.
2 For he has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the waters.
3 Who shall ascend to the hill of the LORD? Or who shall stand in his holy place?
4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood, nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob.1 Selah.
7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors!2 That the King of glory may come in.
8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O you gates; yes, lift them up, you everlasting doors, that the King of glory may come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

1 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob. But you must seek God with all your heart, you must share with those without the necessities of life, you must be honest and oppress no one. You cannot just say a prayer, get baptized, and attend sect meetings to obtain salvation, righteousness, or the blessing of God.
..Seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. Deu 4:29
You must seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all else will be added. Mat 6:33.
(You must make this your life's first priority- to obtain the Kingdom and His righteousness within you, and then all your material needs will also be supplied by God.)
Seek the Lord and His strength; yearn for and seek His face, to be in His presence continually! 1 Chr 16:11
His strength is the power to purify you, so you can see his face — see God. In the Kingdom, you are in his presence continually!
2 O you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors! So that the King of Glory may come in. Open up the door to your heart. Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any man hears me and opens the door, I will come in and sup with him. Rev 3:20. The Lord only makes his home in a purified heart and soul. He only comes to those who listen to him and obey him. Salvation only comes to those who give heed to him and obey him.
Listen to and obey My voice, and I will be your God and you will be My people; and walk in the whole way that I command you. Jer 7:23.
If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. John 14:23-24.
He [Jesus] became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him. Heb 5:9.
Blessed are those who hear the word of God (within) and keeps it [obeys]. Luk 11:28.
But whoever obeys his spoken words, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 1 John 2:5.
